the lease
the highway
Twenty-four billboards. Whoever holds a board writes on it: three lines of up to 24 characters and a colour scheme. Change them whenever you like.
your price
When you take a board you name its price, at least 5,000 $BOARD. That's the price anyone can buy it from you at, at any moment, without asking.
the rent
Holding a board costs 1% of your own price a day, drawn from a deposit you put down and burned. Price it high and you're safe but paying a lot; price it low and it's cheap until someone buys you out.
being bought out
When someone takes your board you get 90% of your price, plus everything left in your deposit. 10% of the price is burned.
foreclosure
When your deposit runs out the board is foreclosed: it goes blank and back up for rent at the floor, 5,000 $BOARD, burned. Top up any time to keep it.
leaving
Withdraw your deposit whenever you like. Withdraw all of it and you give the board up.
what the contract cannot do
Hold ETH, change the rent or the floor, take a board without paying its holder's price, pause, or be upgraded. The owner key names the token once and can do nothing after.
the risk
Unaudited. Rent is burned whether anyone sees your board or not. Anyone can buy you out at the price you chose.
